This, the second in the publisher's series of broadsides, has been designed by Bruce Rogers, who has printed the text in black and the border, which shows a lion rampant at two corners and an eagle at the other two, in gilt. A handsome testament to a significant alliance between Great Britain and the United States. Some marginal rubbing and two tape stains to left side, as well as tape residue to top-center of border.
