Oblong quarto. (12)ff. Chiefly comprising floor schematics paired with artistic renderings of the Park Square Building's potential arcades of retail shops and salon-like offices, this construction proposal claims the building as Boston's largest. Advertising copy lauds the building's natural light and efficient elevator service, modern amenities which would, in addition an impressive facade and considerable square footage, position the structure as an epicenter of Boston's urban activity. Bound in flexible boards with embossed onlay to upper cover. Modest exterior rubbing and light sunning, interior quite clean and bright. A near fine copy of a scarce architectural history.
