Small quarto. (11)pp. With a laid-in etching editioned for the publication by Ernest D. Roth, who has signed and dated the plate. An ornate floral headpiece bears Hunter's monogram, and appears above a matching six-line initial. An early work by Hunter, who has set two watermarks in the paper, one a "DH" set in a heart, and the other the insignia of the Society. To-order binding by Oakwood Binders of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, originally offered for $10. Ornamentation matches the interior decoration by Hunter. Spine in five compartments with titling in blind, binder's stamp at rear board. Trace rubbing, some internal foxing, else near fine. With original box from binder, in two pieces but entirely present. All housed in modern clamshell. Laid in is an additional etching by William Bucher.
